Wanted...M5

What was the last year that M5's were sold in the states (not including the 
current crop)?  Was it 1992 or 1993?  Well, anyway.  I am looking to buy one 
in July.  Does anyone have any place to look?  I want low miles, 5spd, a/c, 
cruise, leather and any other bells and whistles that might come with a 
beautiful and fast BMW of that period.  Is the chassis the E39?  Any help 
would be appreciated.
