CD Changer - E34

My Cd changer was working fine, then I notice no sound.  When I look at
the display, I see "Disc Error" displayed.    When I remove the
cartidge, one of the CD's remains in the player.

Anyone have this experience before and could share it with me I would
greatly appreciate it.
