Help! 530iT buying advice needed

I have the opportunity to buy a 94 530iT with 120K miles. It is in excellent 
condition, but it still has the Nikasil block. It idles smoothly and runs 
very well. The dealer says there are no outstanding service campaigns on  
this car. The real kicker is the price $10000. I know the final decision is 
mine, but any input from other list member s would be appreciated.
