If you enter the code wrong three times on a radio it WILL go into a lockout
mode.  The way to reset this is not to remove power but to leave the radio
on(with CODE showing on the display) for one hour.  You can then go ahead
and put in the correct code.  Also remember that if the radio beeps in the
middle of inputing the code, START AGAIN from the first number.
