325is with sound system, rattles?

You mention a rattle above your back seat.  Do you have speakers in the rear
deck?  They will likely block the bass from entering the cabin where you're
sitting.  You can remove them and improve the bass in the interior somewhat,
but you still not be hearing all of the sound your sub(s) is producing.  I
had to vent the rear shelf (you can see on website in my sig) and add
dampening mat and spray to the shelf and third brake light.
