 Your 87 325is did come with front and rear swaybars from the factory.
The front is 20mm and the rear should be 12mm.  The front isn't a 
problem,  but a larger rear bar will put extra stress on the rear
body tabs and besides,  bigger bars don't do a lot for reducing 
body roll anyway when compared to the stock bars.  If you want
to reduce body roll,  rely on stiffer springs instead,  and maybe
just put a 14.5mm M3 rear bar on there to reduce the understeer
and leave the front bar stock.   The H&Rs aren't all that stiff either.
And i wouldn't bother with a rear strut tower brace on an E30.

 You waited till the very last minute to get opinions,  but if you haven't 
purchased anything yet you might want to consider getting a Ground
Control spring setup that's stiffer than the H&R's,  and retain your
stock swaybars.  You'll be money ahead :-)
