95 M3 - need new driver side window...

I did a really stupid thing the other day.
While working in the garage, I inadvertantly broke the window in the drivers door.
I am fortunate that the window is the only part that sustained any damage.

I am afraid to ask the dealer what it will cost to repair.

Questions:
* how difficult is it to replace this glass myself?
* can I save any significant dollars buying a used glass?
* where to find used glass?
* any suggestions on how to minimize the wallet sting?

B&B exhaust
