Convertible window / Cleaning Plastics

Hi
Some months ago I got two bottles of  "Mirror Glaze plastic polish, and
cleaner" (one of each) at the dealer for about $ 6 each. They did a miracle
for my headlights that went from sand blasted yellowish to crystal clear, it
was just some cleaning needed and I was ready to pay 400 to replace them. 
That stuff is intended to clean precisely the window you are mentioning, I
just thought it could work, and it did.

PS I got the double spokes from e-bay, mount them on Pirellis P8000 and the
car looks awesome, well I like it.
