plastic piece that screws into the floor; this can easily be replaced with a
bolt and a rubber foot. with this, you can place the clutch engagement point

Correction, this does not change the clutch engagement point; period. It
only changes how far down the clutch pedal travels before stopping and helps
to eliminate wasted motion/time from going further than what is needed for
the gears to mesh smoothly.
