Had some prompt replies. BTW, does anyone know where I
can find a scrapyard that has a 79-81 528i in the SF
Bay Area? 

I tried 002 Salvage. I told them I wanted a E12 528i
AFM but instead (after buying the stuff) found out
they sold me a 745i AFM. Oh well, that'll teach me to
go unprepared (with BOSCH part number).

I think the last 3 digits of the BOSCH part number for
the L-Jet E12 528i AFM is 002. Is this correct? I'm
gonna post some stuff on fastfive.org to get more
info. Anyways, if any of you want to part out your '79
or later 528i, you can sell me your AFM.

BTW, did all E28 come to the US with Motronic? My dad
had an early euro E28 528i (1984?). Had the integrated
fog lights and turn signals below the bumper. It had
L-jet. Very solid car, awesome factory paint job.
