Clicking sound from glove box (?)

There is this clicking sound that seems to be coming from the glove box when
I go over rough roads.  It drives me nuts.  I have tried tightening all the
screws for the glove box and even the panel beneath it but the damn clicking
sound is still there.  Can someone help?

Mine is a 96 318iC and it's a right-hand drive model.
