318is VS Z3

Hi all,

I've come to some money and I'd like to invest it on a new (or used)  BMW.
I've found a mint condition 95 318is cabrio with full extras including
electric
top and A/C. and a mint condition 95 Z3 with not so many options both in
more or less the same cost...
In both cases I'll keep my old (mint condition) 318 E30 for family use (the
new
BMW will be a private toy).
What should I look for in either cases ? what are their weak and strong
points ?
