WANTED: Stock Convertible M3 suspension

Hi there!

    I would like a stock M3 convertible shocks/struts/springs and front
upper struts mount (if necessary).  I am inquiring for a friend the
possibility of putting this on a 1995 325iC.  I do have 98 M3 spings (non
convertible) but was told it would not be the proper spring (weight) for the
convertible. Please let me know.
