Type 44 wheels?

I was at my dealer the other morning, looking at BMW's 1999 catalog for
alloy wheels.  None of the dealers in my area (Seattle) discount from the
MSRP on these wheels.  Anybody know of a dealership that does?  the
particular style I'm looking for is Double-Spoke Type 44 (17").  They're a
17" version of the 18" wheels that are on the Z8.
