<e36> Chip / Exhaust - Advice sought!!

Hi there!

I will pick up a 95 325iC with Racing Dynamics chip and exhaust.  I am
taking it for granted that the Conforti chip that I currently have is
superior based on what I have been reading.  What about the exhaust?  I
currently have an M3 exhaust that I could transplant to the 325iC.  What do
you guys think?
