Extend warranty from Allstate

Just received an offer from Allstate insurance in the mail, it offering
extend warranty on my 1996 328is that will expire its factory warranty next
April.
The cost is $741 for 2 year or 24,000 miles. looks like each time I only
have to pay deduction of $50 for each repair.
Is it worth to get the extend warranty?
