how to complain to BMW NA about ceritfied cars

Hi all,

sorry, but after getting numerous emails about other dissatisfied "certified
pre owned" BMWs, I feel like I have to write into BMW NA.  I do not want to
go to the dealer and nit pick and have them make me feel like I am trying to
rob them.  I would much rather just go to the top, explain my situation, and
see how they deal with it.

anyone know who or were I write to?  anyone wanna be cced or actually on the
letter as another dissatisfied certified pre owned owner?  please let me
know.  I will definately document all the things right and wrong with my
car. and how the dealership treated me, goods and bads.
