<E36> side skirts removal

Hi all

Do you Know guys How to remove the factory (non M3 style) side skirts?  =
They
are hold in place by mean of what they look like plastic rivets and =
interior
clips and I don't know how to remove them. The rivets in the wheel =
wells
(two in the front and two in the rear) are different than the rivets at =
the
botton.  can they be reused once removed? Any special tool for the
instalation of the new rivets?
