sounds. like a vacuum leak...from your discription....have you tried ,
spaying wd-40 via little red tube, around fi seals, vac hoses, etc...

i saw no mention of valve adjustment,[ you mentioned loud injector},
vlave clearance might be worth checking into....



also , plug wires, mist with water , see if that causes worse idle, 

these are things that i would look for...

and last...compression...centre cylinders..lower than outer...possible
head gasket leak..
