<E30> Valve seals leaking oil BIG TIME after head rebuild on ETA

Sounds like something is seriously wrong on all six cyl. I'm not a baby six
expert, but on the big six/early four cyl. there are two styles of seals -
depending on the guide being used. As well, the seals need to be pushed on
firmly (se shop manual). IS this a BMW shop - or are they used to rebuilding
old V8s where the seals just float??

The shop that did the work is NOT a BMW place of any kind.  I could not find
a reputable shop within 100 miles of Hattiesburg that was willing to even
touch it.  So I settled with the only one that would reluctantly agree to do
it.  I am quite certain that they do not know any "special" tricks necessary
for BMW head work.
