E46 Alarm Installation Q.

After installing the factory alarm system in my 99 E46 yesterday I found I
had a fuse left over. Everything went fine, except that I was left with this
single fuse at the end of the installation. There is no mention of the fuse
in the installation instructions (which were so full of errors as to be
almost useless).
Any ideas? I have not yet got the dealer to activate the alarm.
