E28 Lip Rolling

I just purchased a set of 8X16 rims w/ a 225/55/16 tires.  They look very
good, but was wondering what the best way to roll the lips of the wheel
well.  Any suggestions?  Also, the caps over the bolts in the front do not
fit very well, probably because of the cap that covers the wheelbearing nut.
Do I need to take that off to get a better fit and if I do, what is the best
way?  Thanks.
