Check terminal 86 for power with the key on and terminal 85 for ground B-
constant, and terminal 30 for constant power B+. main relay activates when
terminal 86 gets power from the ignition switch to the OBC relay and through
terminal 2 of connector C103. The solder joint may be bad and need
resoldering inside the relay box, you have to open it up and check if you
have no power at terminal 86.
