<e36> clutch judder repair, now clutch release MUCH easier?

I have a '95 325i, & the infamous clutch judder was fixed yesterday at 49=
k
miles, (just out of warrenty, but the service advisor was able to get NA =
to
cover it since I'd tried to get another dealer to fix it previous to the
warrenty expiring & they wouldn't look at it) - but now the pressure requ=
ired
to release the clutch has decreased 30% - 40%. I wouldn't have characteri=
zed
the force required previously as being excessive, it seemed to be about w=
hat
other BMWs I test drove were like. Clamping force of the clutch seems to =
be
ok, it doesn't want to slip or anything. I have the Kent-Moore TIS & part=
s CD,
the parts used (21-21-1-223-395 & 21-21-1-223-546) seem to be the proper
parts. I can't think of any way to install a clutch improperly where the =
force
would be less & still have the clutch work (I've seem where it's done wro=
ng &
the force is a lot higher). Any thoughts? It seems to be a greater reduct=
ion
than what I'd attribute to new parts & having lubed up the assemblys -any=

thing I can look at for clues? Any chance there's a simular clutch that c=
ould
have been installed, mistakenly (or not)?
