Bent Seat, '97 M3 Sedan

I suspect that I've got a bent driver's seat, from a crash my car was in 
before I bought it. The car was hit on right rear, and sure enough, drivers 
seat back seems bent to right rear, on right side. Like a 300 pound gorilla 
was sitting in seat when it was hit!

Anyone got experience with repairing this kind of damage ? I sure don't want 
to buy a new seat !
