Wurth makes a wax-based spray "Body Protection". It comes in a spray can
with a snorkel tube. I've used it on my '02. It sprays on as a liquid
that congeals in a few seconds.

I suppose you could spray in a detergent solution and suction it would
with a wet/dry vacuum cleaner. Either that or hire someone with long,
skinny arms. :^)
