Creeking noise

Hello,
When I drive my new 1999 528i Waggon with no passengers in the
rear seats, I hear a lot of creaking noise's. From the sound I know
it is comming from the rear seats. I have made sure that the setas
are tightly locked in. Is this specific to the Waggon or do all new
BMW rear seat's creek ?.
