[E28]Suspension on 535i

I have a '85 535i completely stock. (even the TRX wheels are still on).
I was looking into lowering the car. I do not want to go to radical, I
just don't like the big gap at the front fender and I wouldn't mind
improving handling.
I use to have an '84 318i which I fitted with Racing Dynamics suspension
kit (Shocks and springs). The results were great. Ride comfort was still
very good and handling had improved ten folds. The more you pushed the
car the better the handling was. The RD springs are extremely well tuned
to be perfectly progressive.
Being in the Automotive High Performance parts business, I had a chance
to install to try springs from Eibach, RD, H&R... None of them matched
the quality and the characteristics of the RD springs.
I would like to know if anybody as had the experience with the RD
springs on a 535i and, or if I should go with the 88 M5 springs to get
the desired results

Thanks in advance
