WTB E36 - CD Changer, Chip, Alarm, Wheels, etc

Hi I just bought a 1994 325is w/Spt Pkg and am looking for the
following:

1. Factory Alarm - does it just plug right in?
2. CD changer - my radio is a Pioneer. Did they make the 12CD changer
for 94? if not I'll get the 6.
3. Chip. - I need something cheap.
4. M3 front spoiler - any color.
5. Wheels - 
1st choice M3 luxury package
2nd choice M3 original wheel for 1995 that say BMW motor sport.
3rd current dual fan 
I would also consider 17"-18" non chrome aftermarkets.

I am in New York City and would prefer local deals.
