WTB - [E36] [M3 sedan] BLACK power (lux) seats

I have a '97 M3 sedan with MANUAL seats and would like to replace the
driver's seat with a power (or lux?) seat from the '97-98 vintage M3. if the
seat is the SAME as the E36 328 (or 325), I would consider that as well.
has to be BLACK.
