[E30] Subframe bushings <URGENT>

I need your help!.
After reading the procedure on how to replace the subframe bushings on a web
page I figured that it was something I could do myself. So I bouht the bushings,
and proceded to step one of the instructions that is to remove the long bolt
going through the bushing by hammering it from underneath so it will pop out
inside of the car.(assuming the seat cushions are removed and the suspension
supported by jacks).

But my problem is that I can't see the bolt from inside the car and I will tell
you why: my car is a convertible and the convertible cars have electric rear
windows with the motor and a beefier half of "B" pillar to hold the safety belts
and all that sheet metal makes a wall of a thickness of around 10" instead of 2"
for a regular E30. So the bolt is somewhere inside and it is not possible to
access that area without cutting metal (ouch!)
(I did remove the plastic side panel)
After further examination, I think that instead of a bolt, they used a stud with
a threated sleeved welded into the floor. Does someone can confirm this? And
if that is true, the stud has to come out from underneath but there is no Allen
head on the stud to unscrew it. How do I remove it? I don't want to remove the
subframe from the car, I prefer to do it in place.

I knew that changing bushings on a E30 was a dirty job but I didn't know that
on a convertible car it would be worste.

My car is still on jackstands waiting for me to do something. (She's putting a
lot of pressure on me...)

Thanks for your help.
