<E28> Removing tweeter from plastic door panel

I heard some comments on this before.  I'm in the process of replacing mine.  But
the glue is welded the tweeter to the plastic sleeve like cement.  I can't seem to
fine a way to remove the tweeter from the bracket?  Any ideas from people who have
done this?  Any help would be great.
