m3 springs vs 328i springs

hi
i have a 97 328i and have the opportunity to get the m3 springs cheap..
the car is fitted going to be fitted with the m contour 17'' rim and i
want to lower the car a bit and improve it's handling.. i was originally
thinking on putting the eibach pro springs on. what's the difference
between 328i (non sport package) vs. m3 vs. eibach pro.
