administrivia: recent spam to bmw-digest

it turns out that the spammer hit the "bmw-digest-outgoing" address
directly, circumventing the normal majordomo controls on such things.

this loophole has always been there, but this is the first time that any
spammer has taken advantage of the opening.

it is possible to block this off by disgusing the outbound address, but it
will take some work on my part.
