General Performance Mod Questions

(1)	Does anyone out there have first hand experience with a Dinan chip
on either a 2.5 or 2.8 Litre motor?  I am trying to get a feel for if it is
worth the money and hastle to put one on the car.

(2)	Does anyone know of a competent shop that would asssit with a 2.8
for 4.0 or 5.0 litre, E36 chassis engine swap?
