Your clutch is not disengaging. The clutch plate is not centering between the
pressure plate and the flywheel.
You can use your forward gear synchro to stop the tranny input shaft, then
engage reverse, but you are wearing it out doing this.
The input shaft splines may be hanging onto the clutch splines and not
sliding freely. Condition MAY fix itself, but will probably get worse until
you have to pull the tranny and clean the splines and lube with some DRY
graphite. Grease will attrach dirt and make matters worse.
