93 525i Power window control panel

My driver's side power window switch is either gummed up or faulty and I
need to remove the panel and repair.
Does anyone have any experience they can share with me on repairing the
power window control panel switches in a 93 525i or or any other
applicable BMW.
I really need the help and thanks in advance for the assistance.
