Yes you should attend a driver's school, or several of them, first.  You
should also decide whether you really want to race your street car - you
don't say what it is - or something else, given the strong probability
of hurting your car in a wheel-to-wheel situation.  A BMW Club Racing
license may be issued after you have completed a defined number of days
on-track in CCA schools or have other sanctioning body racing
