Have you ever had the cold start injector replaced? They are notorious
for leaking at the body of the injector. On the 535 it's just about
impossible to see(and harder to get to) on the underside of the intake
manifold. You should be able to follow the fuel connection from the back
of the fuel rail to it to determine if it's leaking.

Re: Heater on all the time

Is your vaccuum connection for the interior temp sensor still connected?
The sensor should be on the left side panel under the dash. It looks
like a recessed ball with two wires attached plus the hose connection.
The other end hooks up to the underside of the intake manifold as
well.Without it your HVAC temp control dial won't work very well.
