tuning the 520i

Hello
This is my first posting to this list, I have just bought a BMW 520i
It has 116,000 Miles on it but I am informed that is just about run in for a
BMW :)
My question is "are there any tuning items available for this car to get a
bit more oomph from the 2.0 Litre Straight Six
