Washer fluid

OBC keeps on telling me "check washer fluid".  Only 10k miles on this (M3)
car, whilst other (Z3) has 25k and still no addition necessary.  Anyway,
is there any aftermarket stuff as good as the BMW fluid which is priced
about like scotch (and probably tastes just as bad).  I've seen some stuff
in catalogues (BMP, Bavarian, etc.), but it's pricey as well.  But I
definitely don't want to go to the Pep Boys rasberry coolaid -- stuff
freezes even here in NM.  I checked FAQ, but was either looking in the
wrong place or else this questions is too mundane.
