paint damage due to flying debris.

Hello

My '94 318i has pin-head paint damages on the bonnet front just above
the grill due to flying debris. I don't want these sites to be
potential locations for rust. Any hints or advice as to how I can cover
up and prevent rust? Does the rust warranty on the car cover this kind
of damage?
