E30 Differential Hanger Bushing

Hey folks,

I couldn't find a FAQ on this, so hopefully some of you can advise me.

Does anyone know of a method for removing and installing the hanger
bushing (the large pressed in round one) on an E30 differential?
I'd prefer not to take the diff to a shop just for bushing pressing.
Can I do this with some pullers?
