RE- E28 Still cuts out.Pls Help

Try replacing the Throttle position switch.  It sounds like the computer is
confused and can't determine what the gas pedal is trying to tell it what to
do.  By cycling the gas pedal, you are wiping the contacts off momentarily
and then the computer regains its sanity for a short while.  It's worth a
try.
