M20 torx style head bolts torque

Hello ,
Can anyone give me some advise in this issue?

I want to do an e to i upgrade on my project car with 528e engine and have
following questions:
- - Can the torx style head bolts used a second time or are they UOO (use only
once)?
- - What is the procedure to fasten them (initial torque, +2nd torque or
angle....)?
