<all> Crack in Windshield repair/replace

     Greetings -
     
     I have a 4 - 5 inch crack in the lower left hand side of my windshield 
     (highway "shrapnel").
     
     The yellow pages is full of ads for windshield repair and replace.  
     
     Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences with a national chain 
     (or if you live in the Milwaukee area) a local service provider?
