Tire pressure recommendations for 18"wheels?

I was wondering what is the best tire pressure for 18"wheels with 225-40ZR18.
Also if anybody has recommendations for tires, I currently have the Toyo Proxes and am a satisfied customer, but have not tried other tires yet.
Your recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
