To all who replied to my post regarding problems with the E36:

I just wanted to say thanks. Looks like I will be looking for a
different car other than an E36.

I am currently living in France, so most of the E30 325is's here are
either BTH or rusting.... Tis a pity, I really wanted an e36, sorry to
hear they had so many problems..... Anyone have any other suggestions?
Possibly not BMW (and not American).
