Advice needed!

My M3 is in California being worked on by Race Marque Systems, RMS.  When I 
sent the car out there, I was told it would take two weeks, give or take a 
few days.  That was TWO MONTHS AGO!!!  I talked to them yesterday, and they 
have NOT EVEN STARTED the new engine they are putting in for me.  It was 
supposed to have "been done," about ten times, but every time something 
"comes up."  I don't know what to do, and I am going out of my mind.  I have 
a driving school coming up, and I figured the car would have been ready by 
now, but it's not!  Does anyone have any advice on how I can get RMS to 
concentrate on my car, get it finished, and start being honest with me?  Any 
suggestions would be welcomed privately at OdysseyDLa@domain.elided, and thanks.
