Steering wheel & SD Autocross>>>>> L200247

Hi All!

I've been thinking of getting a new "grip" on things... The 02s skinny ,
yet big bus steering wheel just doesn't appeal to me nymore.. and I want
something more thick and juicy to hold on to. Any recommendations for
those that have changed their steering wheels? Momo? 320i steering
wheels? Sparco? Any other type of wheel would be neat to hear feedback
from... The 02 wants to go with a racing look... this car wants to be
morphed into a racecar... so I'm starting with the interior. <sponsors
welcome!> ;-) I think I may want to retire at autocrossing and go onto
driving schools soon... which reminds me...

Those of you who missed the SD autocross....... Thanks for staying at
home! While us drivers were out having a blast.. you gave us more track
runs! ;-) You also missed the course which was in the shape of a Bunny
that Dan Tackett and members had set up! Very clever and fun track to
drive! Thank you SD chapter!

I drove in Fred Larimer's little red hot E30 M3... FUN FUN FUN! <Thanks
Fred!> I did well and very smooth on the course, considering I haven't
been to an autocross in over 7 months! Instructors, Steve P. <Yellow E30
M3 guy> and the highly esteemed Mr. Jay Bird Jones helped me out a lot
on the course! It was a pleasure to meet familiar faces again! Missed
those of you that weren't there! And I look forward to seeing some of
you again in a couple of weeks in LA for the LA chapter's concours!

Ciao to all!
